I needed 30 custom engraved cufflink and display box sets for a 50th Anniversary event. I wasn’t discouraged by some of the recent feedback, thinking those were mostly about things beyond the company’s control like postal strikes, holiday rush, and international shipping. Plus, a solid 86% of the reviews on Trustpilot were 5 stars, with 8% at 4 stars. My trust paid off as the 30 sets showed up in just over a week, just as promised, and they looked fantastic for the price. My interactions with Chris Lee, the main contact, were completely positive. Chris was super professional and had a great business attitude towards me. Respect should always go both ways!

Man, I really wish I had checked out these reviews before throwing my cash at this company. My experience with their unprofessional and rude service matches what others have said—clearly, we can't all be mistaken. Their attitude and refusal to ever take responsibility for their disrespect towards customers or how they handle issues is just unbelievable.

I wouldn't suggest doing business with them; they just take your money and provide the worst service. Seriously, steer clear of this place!

First off, I gotta say the product itself is alright, no complaints there.

But when you’re shelling out cash for a service, it’s not just about the item. You expect good communication and solid customer support, and honestly, I didn’t get that from this company.

I requested my tracking number to keep tabs on my package (I work in a courier company, so I know the drill), and while we eventually found the parcel using the barcode instead of the tracking info, I can’t overlook the mixed-up dispatch dates (four days apart) and the unprofessional replies from customer support. I won’t name names to keep it respectful, but I hope they learn that there are better ways to handle stressed customers with politeness and professionalism.

In my own customer service experience, a simple 'please' and 'thank you' can make a world of difference. Blaming and pushing customers away just doesn’t cut it.

I also paid for 1-2 working day delivery. Excluding weekends and strike days, it took four working days to arrive. Sure, you could say it’s the busy Christmas season, but the rep I spoke to mentioned that engraving takes longer anyway. So if you’re thinking of adding a personal touch, just stick with standard delivery.

Like I mentioned earlier, the items I got are fine, and I hope my boyfriend enjoys them.

But because of the service experience, I think I’ll take the advice I got and shop on the High Street (or maybe hit up Amazon) for my next buy.

Seriously, steer clear of this company. They don’t ship products and their customer service is super rude. Just stay as far away as you can; this business ought to be shut down.

My gift showed up in 2 days, which was awesome. The wrapping was spot on. It was meant for my son, and he was super thrilled with the tie clip.
